The Borough of Churchill hereby establishes a sewer usage surcharge
of $8.50 per thousand gallons of sewer/water use, effective with any
billing occurring after March 1, 2021.
Further, the proper officers and officials of
the Borough are further authorized to adopt any rules and regulations
necessary for the enforcement and efficient collection of said surcharge.
