Editor's Note: This ordinance repealed Res. No. 3853, adopted 1-8-2002, which set fees for tax certification and certificate of liens letters.
All requests for certificate of liens letters and tax certification letters shall be submitted by letter.
A. 
An administrative fee of $20 shall accompany each request for a certificate of liens letter.
B. 
An administrative fee of $25 shall accompany each request for a tax certification letter, along with an additional processing fee of $10 for each tax year for which certification is requested. Consequently, the total fee for a one-year tax certification shall be $35, the total fee for a two-year tax certification shall be $45 and the total fee for a three-year tax certification shall be $55.
C. 
A fee of $8 shall accompany each request for a duplicate bill of current real estate taxes levied by the Woodland Hills School District.
D. 
A fee of $8 shall accompany each request for a duplicate bill of current real estate taxes levied by the Borough of Churchill.
E. 
The Council of the Borough of Churchill shall be authorized to make future adjustments to the fees herein by resolution.
