All commercial establishments in the Borough
of Eatontown where garbage or refuse accumulates shall provide and
have available for use containerized garbage receptacles compatible
with the containerized garbage collection service for commercial establishments
provided by the Borough of Eatontown.
Nothing in § 281-9 hereof shall prohibit one or more commercial establishments from utilizing the same containerized garbage receptacle; provided, however, the same is sufficient to meet the garbage and refuse needs of the said commercial establishments.
The keeping of garbage in containers other than
containers prescribed by this article shall constitute a public nuisance
and may be abated in the manner provided by law for the abatement
of nuisances.

Any person who violates or neglects to comply
with any provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof,
be punishable by a fine/penalty not to exceed the following amounts:
