The purpose of this chapter shall be to provide
rules, regulations and procedures governing the planting, protection
and maintenance of shade trees and shrubbery on public streets, parks,
and highways of the Borough of Eatontown, New Jersey, in order to
encourage arboriculture, promote the general welfare of the Borough
and to enhance the value of property of its citizens.
