A.
A surcharge in the amount of $25 is hereby authorized,
and the Office of the Borough Clerk is directed to collect the same
from any payer whose check to the Borough of East Rutherford has been
returned unpaid. Said fee shall be collected for any check return,
whether by stop payment, insufficient funds, uncollected funds or
any other reason.
B.
Said payment shall be collected for any returned check
to any department, division or other branch of the government of the
Borough of East Rutherford.
