An annual tax of $5 shall be and the same is hereby levied upon each
resident or inhabitant of the Township of Brighton 18 years of age or over
for the calendar year of 1999.
It shall be the duty of the Tax Collector of the Township of Brighton
to collect and receive the taxes imposed by this article.
