The Board of Supervisors shall hear and decide all requests for conditional uses in those cases where this chapter indicates a conditional use may be granted subject to compliance with the standards and criteria prescribed and a finding by the Board that said use is consistent with the purpose of this chapter and the Township's General Development Plan. In granting a conditional use, the Board of Supervisors may attach such reasonable conditions and safeguards, in addition to those expressed in this chapter, as it may deem necessary to implement the purposes of this chapter.
A. 
The landowner shall file with the Township Secretary a request for the granting of a conditional use along with all maps, plans and text which may be necessary to explain the development proposed and its compliance with the standards and criteria of this chapter. Said request shall be accompanied by a fee specified by the Board of Supervisors and shall be filed in triplicate.
B. 
The Board of Supervisors shall transmit one copy of the request as well as all documentation to the Township Planning Commission for recommendations at least 30 days prior to the scheduled public hearing.
C. 
The Board of Supervisors shall schedule a public hearing with required public notice within 60 days of the filing of said request with the Township Secretary.
D. 
The Board shall render a decision and inform the applicant of said decision within 45 days of the public hearing, unless upon mutual consent of the Board and applicant it is agreed to continue the proceedings.

E. 
The applicant will also be responsible for paying the cost of related services provided to the Township by municipal consultants and engineers in connection with the review of the application, plus 5% for administrative costs. Applicant shall reimburse the Township for said charges within 30 days of invoicing.
