A.
The Borough of Wanaque shall make available to its
salaried part-time employees, officers and officials, the medical
insurance program it provides to full-time employees.
B.
Any such salaried part-time employee, officer or official
of the Borough of Wanaque who desires to be included in the borough's
medical insurance program shall be required to provide the borough
with notification of such election by notifying the Borough Business
Administrator and selecting the appropriate program desired.
Each such person electing medical coverage shall
be responsible to pay the premiums therefor.
The Borough Business Administrator or his designee
shall be responsible to initiate, administer and regulate this program.
