The Business Administrator or his designee is hereby empowered to establish no trespassing areas on all borough-owned parks, fields, recreation areas, public lands and buildings in order to provide for and allow periods of maintenance, repair, repose or to address any other condition or circumstance requiring immediate action so as to protect the public lands and buildings for the public.
All such areas designated as "no trespassing areas" shall be defined and designated in an appropriate manner so as to provide reasonable notice to the public.
It shall be illegal for any person to disregard "no trespassing areas" so designated by the Business Administrator and signed and noticed.
If any person shall violate the provisions of this chapter, that person shall be subject to a fine for each offense not exceeding $500, the period of incarceration not to exceed 30 days and/or community service not to exceed 60 days.
