A. 
All lots, houses, buildings and structures, whether professional, commercial, industrial or otherwise, and condominium dwelling units located within the Borough of Wanaque shall be numbered.
B. 
The number for each such structure shall be that assigned or approved by the Tax Assessor of the Borough of Wanaque.
It shall be the duty of each owner, lessee and occupier of every house, condominium dwelling unit, building and structure, whether professional, commercial, industrial or otherwise located within the Borough of Wanaque, to have placed thereon, in a place visible from the street, or in the case of structures not facing or located on a street, visible and discernable from a distance of at least 100 feet, figures, at least 2 1/2 inches high, showing the number of the house, building or structure.
Any person, partnership, form or corporation violating any provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during on or which a violation occurs or continues.
