Individuals or companies that operate a business of securing
and maintaining vacant property for lending institutions, banks and
mortgage companies shall register each property, both residential
and commercial, with the Building Department within 10 days of being
retained.
The registration fee shall be set from time to time by resolution
of the Town Board.
