A business, occupation, or profession carried on within a residential dwelling by the resident of the dwelling, after approval by the Planning Commission, and which shall comply with all of the following:
A. 
The business, occupation, or profession shall be conducted by a person, or persons, residing in the structure.
B. 
There shall be no external evidence of the occupation with the exception of one unlighted nameplate of not more than two square feet in the area attached flat against the residential dwelling.
C. 
Advertising displays and advertising devices displayed through a door, window, or other opening of the residential dwelling shall not be permitted.
D. 
The use and storage of commercial vehicles shall not be allowed.
E. 
The business, occupation, or profession shall not involve the display of goods or services outside the residential dwelling, nor produce noise or odor, and must be compatible with the neighborhood.
F. 
The business, occupation, or profession shall not occupy more than 25% of the gross floor area of one floor of the residential dwelling.
G. 
Not more than one truck of not more than one-and-one-half-ton capacity, and no semitrailers shall be kept on the premises.
H. 
Customers may visit the site only during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and no more than six customers or clients may visit the site in any single day.
I. 
Parking to serve a home occupation shall be provided off-street, and no such parking shall be permitted in a required setback other than in a driveway. In no event shall yard areas be converted to off-street parking to serve a home occupation.
