If the provisions of any article, section, subsection, paragraph, subdivision or clause of this Development Chapter shall be judged invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such order or judgment shall not affect or invalidate the remainder of any article, section, subsection, paragraph, subdivision or clause of this Development Chapter; and, to this end, the provision of each article, section, subsection, paragraph, subdivision or clause of this chapter are hereby declared to be severable.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances which are inconsistent with this chapter are hereby repealed, including "A comprehensive Ordinance regulating and limiting the uses of land and the uses and location of buildings and structures; regulating and restricting the height and bulk of buildings and structures and determining the area of yards, courts and other open spaces; regulating and restricting the density of population; dividing the Township of Haddon into districts for such purposes; adopting a map of said Township showing boundaries and the classification of such districts; and prescribing penalties for the violation of its provisions," originally adopted February 28, 1978, and all amendments and supplements thereto; and "An Ordinance of the Township of Haddon establishing a Planning Board and a Zoning Board of Adjustment pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 291 Laws of New Jersey, 1975: Providing for the powers of said Board; fixing the procedures governing applications to said Boards and appeals therefrom, and providing for the continuance of existing Ordinances," adopted September 25, 1979; and "An Ordinance establishing rules, regulations and the standards governing the subdivision of land within the Township of Haddon in the County of Camden, and the State of New Jersey, pursuant to the authority set forth in Chapters 291 of the Laws of 1975, and amendments and supplements thereto; setting forth the procedure to be followed by the Governing Body, the Planning Board and/or the Zoning Board of Adjustment in applying and administering these rules, regulations and standards; and providing penalties for the violation thereof," adopted May 3, 1977; and "Site Plan Review Ordinance, an ordinance establishing rules, regulations and the standards governing site plan review within the Township of Haddon, in the County of Camden, and the State of New Jersey, pursuant to the authority set forth in Chapter 291 of the Laws of 1975, and amendments and supplements thereto; setting forth the procedure to be followed by the Governing Body, the Planning Board and/or the Zoning Board of Adjustment in applying these rules, regulations and standards and providing penalties for the violation thereof," adopted May 3, 1977.
This Development Chapter shall take effect immediately upon final passage and publication according to law.
