Whenever percolation or soil log tests are hereafter taken pursuant to any ordinance or requirement, the applicant shall notify the Board of Health and a representative of the Board of Health shall be present to observe and confirm the results of such tests.
The Board of Health shall designate from time to time the person or persons to be observers.

The applicant shall pay a fee of $350 per building lot for the first day of testing and $250 for each additional day or fraction thereof per lot to defer the cost for observation of the Board of Health representative.
For each and every additional day a Board of Health representative is needed for the building site, an additional $100 shall be paid.
