Editor's Note: The provisions of this chapter are derived from
Ch. XXVI of the Revised Sanitary Code, 1973, adopted 10-18-73.
A code regulating water supply is hereby established pursuant to the
provisions of N.J.S.A. 26:3-69.1 to 3-69.6.
Said code established and adopted by this Part III is described and
commonly known as the "Water Supply Code of New Jersey (1959)."
three copies of said Water Supply Code of New Jersey (1959) have been
placed on file in the office of the Secretary of the Board of Health upon
the introduction of this Part III and will remain on file there until final
action is taken on this Part III for the use and examination of the public.
