Editor's Note: Map that delineates each district is contained in Appendix D.
The boundaries of the zoning districts are set forth on a map entitled "Zone Map, Township of Riverside, NJ," a reduced size copy of which is contained herein as Appendix D and is made part of this chapter. The Zone Map is on file in the office of the Township Clerk.
A.
Zoning district boundary lines are intended to follow street center lines, railroad rights-of-way, streams and lot or property lines as they exist on lots of record at the time of the enactment of this chapter, unless otherwise indicated by dimensions on the Zone Map.
B.
Where on the Zone Map a district boundary is located approximately along a street or alley line or along a lot line, the center line of such street or alley or such lot line shall be construed to be the boundary.
C.
The exact location of any disputed zoning district boundary line shall be determined by the Joint Land Use Planning Board.
D.
The zoning standards, controls and designations apply to every structure, lot and use within each district, and the district lines extend vertically in both directions from the ground level.
