A. 
All stations, establishments and premises located within the Township of Riverside, in the County of Burlington and State of New Jersey, for the sale or furnishing of gasoline, motor fuel or oil shall be so arranged and constructed as to afford ample and sufficient space for any motor vehicle supplied with gasoline, motor fuel or oil thereat to be entirely inside the property line of said station while being supplied.
B. 
All gasoline stations located within the Township of Riverside for the sale or furnishing of gasoline, motor fuel or oil shall be limited to the hours of operation of 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
It shall be unlawful for any person, persons or corporations to furnish, sell or expose for sale any gasoline or motor fuel within the Township of Riverside aforesaid, save from a pump, tank or other receptacle, which shall be completely inside the property line of the premises upon which the same is.
It shall be unlawful to operate, keep or maintain any pump or tank for the furnishing or sale of gasoline or motor fuel outside the property line on the curbline or on the sidewalk of any of the streets in said Township of Riverside.
It shall be unlawful for any person or corporation to supply any motor vehicle with gasoline, motor fuel or oil while said motor vehicle or any part thereof is on any of the streets or highways of said Township of Riverside, provided that nothing herein contained shall apply to any case where a motor vehicle shall become damaged or disabled by accident or otherwise or to cases where the supply of gasoline, motor fuel or oil in any automobile or motor vehicle shall become exhausted while said vehicle is upon any street or public highway and it is impossible, for the cause aforesaid, for said vehicle to be propelled within the property line of any premises whereon a gasoline pump or tank is located.
The Township Committee of the Township of Riverside aforesaid may, upon the written application of any person who conducted a regularly established station for the sale of gasoline, motor fuels or oils in said Township prior to October 17, 1930, by resolution, grant to such person a permit to conduct and operate a station for the sale of gasoline, motor fuel and oils upon any premises owned by him in said Township of Riverside, without being subject to any of the provisions of the aforesaid chapter. Said permit shall continue during the pleasure of said Committee and may be revoked at any time upon one month's notice from the Committee to such person, and such permit or permission shall not be assigned to any other person or persons without the written consent of said Township Committee.

Any person, firm, corporation, association or legal party whatsoever who shall violate, or authorize or procure a violation, or cause to be violated, any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable as provided under Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty.
