[HISTORY: Adopted by the Township Committee of the Township
of Riverside 6-25-1985 by Ord. No. 1985-8 (Ch. 203 of the 1995
Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]
No person, firm or corporation shall practice or engage in the
business of plumbing unless all such plumbing work is done by or under
the supervision of a plumber licensed by the State of New Jersey pursuant
to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 45:14C-1 et seq.
The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to plumbing work
performed by a property owner on his own property.
