[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Health of the Township
of Riverside 6-25-1975 by Ord. No. 16-1975 (Ch. 272 of the 1995
Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]
A code regulating swimming pools within the Township of Riverside
is hereby adopted by reference, hereby established and adopted by
the Riverside Township Board of Health pursuant to N.J.S.A. 26:3-69.1
to 69.6, which is a part of the State of New Jersey Public Health
and Sanitation Codes. Said code is entitled "Swimming Pool Code of
New Jersey, 1970." Three copies of the Swimming Pool Code of New Jersey,
1970, have been placed and shall remain on file in the office of the
Secretary of the Board of Health of the Township of Riverside for
the use and examination of the public.
