Said Township Committee, upon granting such license, shall fix the fee to be paid for such license, which said fees are imposed for costs of administration.
Upon the passage of such resolution granting a license, the Township Clerk shall forthwith issue the same, upon the payment of said license fee. Said license shall state the name of the person to whom the same was granted, the business or occupation to be carried on or conducted and the place where the same is to be so carried on or conducted.
Said license shall continue in force for the term of one year from the date thereof and may be renewed at the expiration of such time for the further term of one year by said Township Clerk upon the payment of the license fee heretofore fixed, unless said Township Committee shall, by resolution passed before the expiration thereof, direct said Clerk not to renew said license, in which case application must be made for the renewal of such license in the same way and manner as application for license are herein directed to be made.
No person or persons or corporation licensed hereunder shall, at the expiration of the term of his or her license and before the same is renewed as herein provided, carry on the business or occupation for which such license was granted.
