A. 
Ordinance No. 2016-06 fixing the salaries of elected officials is repealed with regards to those offices listed in § 95-7.2 below effective December 31, 2020.
B. 
Ordinance No. 2016-06 is amended as set forth in § 95-7.3 below.
Beginning January 1, 2022, the annual base salaries of elected officials are as follows:
Controller
$86,635.64
Plus the percentage change in the Consumer Price Index as described in § 95-7.3 below for the most recent twelve-month period ending October 31, 2021
Coroner
$86,635.64
Recorder of Deeds
$86,635.64
Beginning January 1, 2022, and each January 1 thereafter, the annual base salaries of all individuals set forth in § 95-7.2 above shall be increased by the percentage change in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) for the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland area for the most recent twelve-month period for which figures have been officially reported by the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, immediately prior to the date the adjustment is due to take effect, such increase to be at least 0% and no more than 3%.
A. 
Beginning January 1, 2022, and each January 1 thereafter, individuals set forth in § 95-7.2 above shall be eligible for health benefits coverage under the Preferred Plus (if already covered under that plan, i.e., grandfathered), Preferred or High Deductible Health Plan with the same copays, deductibles, coinsurances, Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions, etc., as were provided under the plans effective December 31, 2021.
B. 
Newly elected officials into the offices set forth in § 95-7.2 above shall be eligible for the Preferred or High Deductible Health Plan with the same copays, deductibles, coinsurances, Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions, etc., as were provided under the plans effective December 31, 2021.
C. 
Payroll contributions for the selected plan will be calculated each year using the following percentages of the premium equivalent rates:

D. 
The County will provide basic dental for the employee only. Basic vision for the employee and any covered dependents will be at no cost. Basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage will be provided at one times basic annual earnings, rounded to the next highest thousand, subject to a maximum of $100,000. Should the individuals set forth in § 95-7.2 above elect additional dental, vision, life insurance or otherwise offered benefits, the contribution rates will be as calculated based on premium rates.
E. 
No additional benefits will be provided.
