There shall hereby be created a Sanitation Division that will
be organized under the Department of Public Works.
There shall also be created the position of Sanitation Director.
The Sanitation Director shall be responsible for the daily operations
of the Sanitation Division and shall report to the Superintendent
of the Department of Public Works.
The Sanitation Division will be primarily charged with the day-to-day
responsibility of solid waste collection and disposal in the Town
of West New York, with the exception of commercial premises and other
specific properties. The Sanitation Division may also take on other
functions as determined by the Town.
