No person shall possess, keep, sell, distribute or discharge
within the limits of the Borough any firecrackers, roman candles,
skyrockets or any fireworks of any explosive nature commonly used
as fireworks displays.
[Prior code § 3-9.2]
No person shall discharge within the limits of the Borough any
cannon, gun, pistol, revolver, firearm, firecracker or fireworks of
any description in a careless, negligent or reckless manner so as
to endanger the life, welfare or property of others.

This section shall not apply to any of the following individuals
or uses:
