On the first Monday in each even-numbered year, or as soon thereafter
as practicable, it shall be the duty of the President of the Council
of the Borough of Hanover to appoint such committees and the members
thereof as the President shall deem necessary, subject to the approval
of the Council.
The duties of said committees shall be prescribed by the President,
subject to the approval of Council, and in any event such duties shall
be in the nature of investigations and recommendations to Council.
Ordinance No. 330, enacted January 16, 1920, is hereby repealed.
