The following terms shall have the following definitions as used in this article.
BOAT
A ship or other watercraft, used or capable of being used as a means of transportation on the water.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLE
Any motor vehicle of the type that are normally used for recreation, entertainment or pleasure, including, but not limited to, Winnebagos, recreation vans, dune buggies and swamp buggies.
TRAILERS and CAMPERS
See the definition given for "trailers and campers" as described in the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Code, Title 39.
It shall be unlawful to park recreational vehicles, trailers, campers or boats within residential zones, as defined on the Zoning Map of the Township of Riverside, in and along any public street; provided, however, that a vehicle may be parked up to one hour during the prohibited time period to load or unload. For purposes of this section, recreational vehicles less than one ton in weight are exempt.
