It shall be unlawful to park on any street or public right-of-way
which is dedicated but not accepted by the Township unless the vehicles
park at a 90° angle to the right-of-way line, said parking known
as "angle parking." Said angle parking shall apply on the following
described dedicated but not accepted street or public right-of-way.
A. Description for Tyler Street. All that certain lot, tract or parcel
of land situate in the Township of Riverside, County of Burlington,
and State of New Jersey, bounded and more particularly described as
follows, via: Beginning at a point at the southwesterly corner of
Pavilion Avenue (80 feet wide) and Tyler Street (40 feet wide) corner
to Lot 3, Block 703, as shown on the Township of Riverside Tax Map;
thence along the southerly sideline of Tyler Street in a westwardly
direction a distance of 942 feet more or less to the end thereof at
the northwesterly corner of Lot 1, Block 701, and in the line of Lot
5, Block 101; thence along the same in a northwardly direction a distance
of 40 feet more or less to a point in the same and corner to Lot 1,
Block 601, and the northerly sideline of Tyler Street; thence along
the same in an eastwardly direction a distance of 950 feet more or
less to a point corner to Lot 1 B, Block 601, and the northwesterly
corner of Tyler Street and Pavilion Avenue; thence in a southwardly
direction a distance of 40 feet more or less to the point and place
of beginning. This description is intended to describe in entirety
all of Tyler Street in the Township of Riverside.
