The Borough Council of the Borough of Hanover hereby signifies
its intention and desires to organize a Parking Authority under the
provisions of the "Parking Authority Law of 1947," as amended.[1]

The President and the Secretary of Borough Council are hereby
authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the Borough of Hanover
Articles of Incorporation for said Authority, in substantially the
following form:

In compliance with the requirements of the Act of June 5, 1947,
P.L. 458, known as the "Parking Authority Law,"[1] as amended, the Borough of Hanover, York County, Pennsylvania,
desiring to incorporate an Authority thereunder, does hereby certify:

The name of the Authority is Hanover Parking Authority.

Said Authority is formed under the provisions of the Act of
June 5, 1947, P.L. 458, as amended.

The name of the incorporating municipality is Borough of Hanover,
York County, Pennsylvania.

of Hanover are respectively President and Secretary of the Borough
Council, and who in due form of law acknowledged the foregoing Articles
of Incorporation to be the act and deed of the Borough of Hanover
for the purposes therein specified and did depose and say that the
facts set forth therein are true and correct.

to cause this article to be published as required by law, but setting
forth only briefly the substance of the proposed Articles of Incorporation,
as permitted by Section 4 of the Parking Authority Law, as amended.[1]

to cause a notice of the proposed filing of the above Articles of
Incorporation to be published once in the York County Law Reporter
and once in a newspaper published and of general circulation in York
County, as required by Section 4 of the Parking Authority Law, as
amended.[1]

The President and Secretary of Borough Council are directed
to file said Articles of Incorporation, together with the necessary
proof of publication, with the Secretary of the commonwealth, and
to do all other acts and things necessary or appropriate to effect
the incorporation of the Hanover Parking Authority.
The following named persons be and they hereby are appointed
by the President of Borough Council as the first members of the Board
of the Parking Authority, whose terms of office shall commence on
the date of appointment and shall be computed from June 1, 1966:
