A.
All persons whose business or enterprise is regulated under the licensing
authority of the Bureau of License Inspections shall make timely renewal
of their license.

B.
Any person failing to make a timely renewal of his license within
10 days after the renewal date shall be assessed an administrative
charge as follows: 10% of the license fee after 10 days, 20% after
30 days and 25% after 60 days.
C.
This section shall be deemed supplementary to and not in lieu of
any other article or provision of this chapter.

Unless otherwise provided in the chapter, penalties against persons violating the provisions of this chapter shall be imposed in accordance with the provisions of § 1-15.
