The establishment of the Cooper Grant Historic District is hereby authorized.
A. 
The Cooper Grant Historic District shall be comprised of those areas within the boundaries delineated by the dotted lines on the attached map, which accompanies and is hereby declared to be part of this ordinance and is hereby incorporated by reference.[1]

B. 
Historic District boundaries are intended to follow property and street lines as they exist on plats on record at the time of passage of this ordinance.
The basic guidelines for rehabilitation in the Cooper Grant Historic District are the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Historic Preservation, which have previously been adopted by the City of Camden as part of City Ordinance No. MC-1925 and which are specifically incorporated herein by reference.[1]
