No provision of this chapter shall be construed to prohibit
public art commissioned or authorized through written permit by the
City of Perth Amboy.
Public art authorized by this section shall require approval
of the Mayor and governing body following submission of a written
application to the municipal clerk and review of the application by
code enforcement for compliance with the City Code.
