This fee shall be in the amount of $0.00371 per cubic foot of new buildings and additions. Volume shall be computed in accordance with N.J.A.C. 5:23-2.28. The fee for all other construction shall be $1.90 per $1,000 of value of construction. Said surcharge fee shall be remitted to the Bureau of Housing Inspection, Department of Community Affairs, on a quarterly basis for the fiscal quarters ending September 30, December 31, March 31 and June 30, and not later than one month next succeeding the end of the quarter for which it is due. In the fiscal year in which the regulations first become effective, said fee shall be collected and remitted for the third and fourth quarters only.

D. 
Discontinuation of service. When service is discontinued for any reason, a charge of $100 shall be made for turning off the water. (§ 220-25)
E. 
Meter tests and adjustments. (§ 220-27)
(1) 
The City will impose a charge of $25 for a printout showing the number of gallons used by the property owner.
(2) 
If any test requires the City of Ventnor to send personnel to the property, the fee shall be $100. To the extent the test shows there has been a substantial error in the meter, then the City of Ventnor, in its sole discretion, may refund or credit the amount of the fee for such a test.
F. 
Service to fire protection facilities. Any property having private fire protection facilities shall pay for each connection to be used exclusively for the extinguishment of fires a fee of $100 per year. (§ 220-30)
G. 
Special reading of water meter. Any time a request is made for a special reading of a water meter as a result of a transfer of property from one owner to another, there shall be a fee of $25 payable in advance for such reading. (§ 220-30)
