The proper officers of the City of Camden are hereby empowered
to charge a mortgagee, servicing organization or property tax processing
organization a fee of $5 for the first duplicate copy of a tax bill
and a fee of $25 for each subsequent duplicate copy of the same tax
bill in the same fiscal year that is requested.
