The proper officers of the City of Camden are hereby authorized
to pay, in advance, the regular salary of municipal employees taking
accrued vacation leave, provided that said payment shall not be greater
than their regular salary for the number of whole vacation days the
employee has actually accrued or the number of whole vacation days
the employee has requested, but, in all cases, payment shall not exceed
the lesser of the two, and provided that the employee requests, in
writing, said payment. The Business Administrator shall keep a record
of all such payments.
