The board of review shall consist of the Village President, the Village Clerk, and three trustees. The three trustees shall be appointed by the Village President subject to confirmation by the Village Board. The Village Clerk shall serve as Clerk of the board of review.

The Board of Appeals shall have dual capacities as follows:
A. 
As a Zoning Board of Appeals: see the zoning code. Title 17 of this Municipal Code. Section 17.74.040, for the powers, function and duties.
B. 
As a building Board of Appeals: see the building code in Chapter 15.46 for powers, functions and duties. The Village Board may expand its organizational rules for government and procedures made under Section 17.74.040 to enable it to more properly deal with its enlarged scope of functions.

The board of health shall consist of three citizens appointed by the Village President and confirmed by the Village Board, one member of the Village Board and the health officer.

A. 
Composition. The Village police and public safety committee shall consist of three trustees and two citizens of the Village. Citizen members shall be person of recognized experience and qualification. The committee members and the chairman shall be appointed by the Village President annually.
B. 
Vacancies. Vacancies shall be filled by appointment for the residue of the unexpired term in the same manner as appointment for the full term.
C. 
Compensation. Compensation as determined by the Village Board shall be paid for service on the committee.
D. 
Meetings. The committee shall meet only when authorized by the Village President, Village Board or chairperson of the committee.

The election board shall consist of three individuals who shall act as inspectors, Clerks and ballot Clerks. Any such officials eligible to act as Clerk of election shall do so if required.
