The following named portions of streets within the Village shall be designated as "two-hour parking zones," and no vehicle shall be parked, stopped, or remain standing in the below-designated zones for more than two consecutive hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., except on Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays:
A. 
Wisconsin Street from the north curbline of East Beloit Street to the south curbline of Fremont Street.
B. 
Beloit Street from the west curbline of Wisconsin Street to the east curbline of Market Street.
C. 
The east curbline of Market Street from Beloit Street to the alley driveway.

No vehicle shall be parked on a Village street for a period exceeding 24 consecutive hours.

No person shall park any vehicle on the streets of the Village from November 15th to April 15th between the time periods of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.

The Village employees in charge of cleaning the streets and removing snow from the streets above delineated may remove or cause to be removed any and all vehicles parked in violation of the overnight parking regulation as set forth in Section 10.12.030 when these members are engaged in the cleaning of or the removal of snow from the aforementioned streets.

Angle parking upon the streets in the Village shall be permitted only at those points on said streets as may be marked or outlined on the roadway of said street.

No truck, bus, tractor, trailer, or semi-trailer shall be parked or left standing upon any Village street within a business district. For the purposes of this section, a "business district" is defined as the territory contiguous to a highway when 50% or more of the frontage thereon for a distance of 300 feet or more is occupied by buildings and used for business, during 1/2 hour after sun set to 1/2 hour before sunrise, except in case of emergency.

The following named portions of streets within the Village shall be designated as "no parking," and no vehicle shall be parked, stopped, or remain standing in designated no-parking zones.

A. 
Parking in Any Driveways or on Other Private Residential Property. No person shall park or leave standing any motor vehicle in any private driveway without the permission of the owner or lessee of the property where such driveway is located, whether or not such driveway is posted to limit or restrict parking. No person shall park or leave standing any motor vehicle on any private residential property without the permission of the owner or lessee of the property, whether or not such property is posted to limit or restrict parking.
B. 
Parking on Unimproved Surfaces in Residential Areas.
1. 
No person shall park or leave standing any motor vehicle on any unimproved surface on any property. Improved surfaces shall include gravel, asphalt and/or concrete areas designated as driveways or parking lots.
2. 
Residential owners or lessees may authorize parking on unimproved surfaces, upon their property, three times during any calendar year for a period of no more than 168 consecutive hours for each occurrence. Each time an owner or lessee wishes to permit this type of parking, he or she must contact the Darien Police Department. The Darien Police Department will keep a log of each request and will notify the owner or lessee he or she no longer is authorized to allow this type of parking because he or she has allowed it three times previously in the current calendar year.

When official traffic signs indicating such restrictions have been erected in accordance with Section 10.08.040 of this chapter, no person shall park, stop, or leave standing any vehicle upon any portion of a street, highway, or public or private parking facility hereinafter reserved for vehicles displaying special registration plates or identification cards or emblems issued by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation or, for vehicles registered in another jurisdiction, by such other jurisdiction designating the vehicle as one used by a physically disabled person.
