[HISTORY: Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of
Grafton as Title 2, Ch. 2.38, of the 1979 Code. Amendments noted where
applicable.]
The Village elects not to be governed by Chapter 68 of the Wisconsin
Statutes with respect to any administrative determination by the Village
Board or any commission, committee, agency, officer or employee of
the Village or any agent acting on behalf of the Village where, pursuant
to an existing ordinance or an ordinance adopted after the effective
date of the ordinance codified in this chapter, a procedure is provided
by such ordinance for administrative review of the determination.
Pursuant to the provisions of § 68.11(2), Wis. Stats.,
the Board of Appeals of the Village is designated and appointed an
"impartial decision maker" to act as such in all proceedings brought
pursuant to Ch. 68, Wis. Stats.
